River Fishing
Fishing was once a major source of livelihood for the people in Goa. Now with many of the Goans leave their motherland in search of greener pastures. Watching the fishermen at sea was always a part of my childhood memories. The way they track the fish trail and cat their nets was a fantastic sight.
Times have changes, just as Goans leave their motherland; people from outside Goa have flocked into Goa. Some of the less fortune ones venture into the rivers of Goa to make a catch for their living.
One evening as I was passing by the river, I saw the sight of some fishermen casting their nets in the river. This brought back memories of the past. Pity I can’t capture my dreams, but managed to capture something close to it.

St. Paul's Cathedral - Reflection
It was a very nice and bright day in London. It was just my second trip to London and the first for an actual site-seeing around London. St. Paul's Cathedral was on my list of sites to visit for the day. I reached St. Paul's Cathedral at about noon time and was all excited to see the magnificant structure. I had read about it on the net and wanted to capture this structure at it's best.
Also I had seen a lot of pictures taken of St. Paul's Cathedral by other travellers and websites. But what I was looking was something different from the rest. As i was admiring the beauty of this Sir Christoper Wren's master-piece, I saw the reflection of the Cathedral's dome in a nearby puddle.
I quickly got my camera to focus on the wonderful reflection, but the breeze was making the image blurry. At times having a Polarizer filter does help. I waited patiently for the water to stay still. One click and the result was a wonderful "Reflection" of St. Paul's Cathedral dome.
